How Hotel Linen Is Made — and Who We've Made It For
The technical process behind every towel and sheet we produce, followed by a gallery of linens we've manufactured for hotels, resorts, spas and healthcare.

The Technical Process, Explained
Four things that define how a custom hotel towel or sheet is engineered — from the weave to the final finish.
1. Terry Weaving
Hotel towels are woven, not knitted — looped cotton pile is created on terry looms that give a towel its absorbency and softness. We control pile height and loop density to hit your exact GSM, from lightweight economy to plush luxury.
2. Fiber & Yarn
Fiber choice drives feel and performance. Ring-spun and combed cotton gives durability and absorbency; Egyptian and Turkish cotton add long-staple softness and quick drying; bamboo and microfiber serve wellness and utility programs.
3. Dyeing & Finishing
We dye yarn and piece goods with colorfast, bleach-resistant processes, then pre-shrink, brush and tumble the fabric for a stable size, soft hand and consistent shade from the first piece to the last.
4. Cutting, Sewing & Branding
Towels are hemmed with reinforced ends; sheets and duvets are cut and sewn with double-stitched seams and deep pockets. Logos are added by embroidery, woven label or print for a branded guest experience.
